How to return a product

- Please ensure that the product is returned inside the box you received it in.
Missing/wrong product
After delivery please check your parcel immediately. If you are missing a product, please contact our Customer Service Centre within 48 hours of delivery. All Bugaboo parcels are checked for weight irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
What is the return policy for Bugaboo® prams?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund.
We don’t charge handling fees for returns. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our returns process: Please contact our Customer Service Centre to let them know which product(s) you would like to return, and they will provide you with instructions.
You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not yet support product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please go through the returns process. After that, you can order a replacement product by placing a new order online.
How and when do I get my refund?
Refund depends on your selected payment method. The payment will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for the original payment. The money will be refunded within 14 days after returning your Bugaboo product.
